Registration Information for Missouri
You can vote by absentee in the office of the local election authority until 5pm the night before the election. Contact your local election authority to inquire about hours and dates of operation. Registered voters can vote absentee if ONE of the following conditions applies:
• You are absent on Election Day from the jurisdiction in which you are registered to vote
• You are incapacitated or confined due to illness or physical disability, or a person who is primarily responsible for the physical care of a person who is incapacitated or confined due to illness or disability
• You are absent on Election Day from the jurisdiction in which you are registered to vote

What else you should know
In Missouri, individuals convicted of a felony receive automatic restoration of their voting rights upon completion of their sentence, including probation or parole, unless the felony–or misdemeanor–pertains to election-related offenses. Those who have committed an election-related felony or misdemeanor are not allowed to vote.
