Registration Information for Pennsylvania
Any registered voter may request a mail-in ballot from their county office up until 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the election, unless they meet a requirement to be an absentee voter. In such cases, the registered voter must vote an absentee ballot. If you registered to vote in Pennsylvania, you may be required to present valid ID if you are voting for the first time or your registration is incomplete.
